Completed in 2006, Great Alaskan Holidays' new custom built facilities at 9800 Old Seward Highway, Anchorage, Alaska is a contemporary 27,000 sq.ft. two-story building conveniently located near large shopping areas and main highways. The service department features 12 service bays with gasoline and propane service and the most modern equipment for doing authorized Ford Warranty, Onan Generator, plus Winnebago and Itasca coach service and repair. There is ample parking for motorhomes being picked up and returned, plus a "Freshen Up" service area where our customers may stop by and dump their holding tanks and refill their fresh water tank. Behind the main building is a motorhome wash building large enough to clean a 40 ft. motorhome. For our rental customers, additional services such as housekeeping and external motorhome washing are also available at reasonable rates during their rental.
In 2005 and again in 2006 Great Alaskan Holidays, Inc. was awarded the "Top Rental Dealer In The Nation" by Winnebago Industries. We have endeavored to set the standard for excellence in motorhome renting for over two decades. We were the first to include housekeeping and linen packages as part of the rental. Our cookware is brand name like Corelle® and Cuisinart®, and our linens are hotel quality sheets, Vellux® blankets, pillows and pillow cases - all professionally laundered.
